Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Treasure Hunt Builder Affiliate Program Terms

By signing up for the Treasure Hunt Builder Affiliate Program, hereafter called the “Affiliate Program”, and/or by using any of the Treasure Hunt Builder sharing functions (for example, email, affiliate link, social media buttons, banners), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conitions.

Redefining Default LLC, doing business as The Treasure Hunt Builder (“The Treasure Hunt Builder”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), can update and change the Affiliate Program Terms at any time without notice. Any new features will be subject to the Affiliate Program Terms. Continued use of the affiliate program after any changes will indicate your consent to such changes.

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Affiliate Program Commissions and Payment

Referrals will be associated with your account when:

  1. a person visits your unique affiliate link and signs up for a subscription, or makes a purchase from the website shop, within 14 days.
  2. you send a friend request email and they sign up for a subscription, or makes a purchase from the website shop, using the unique link in the welcome email within 14 days of visiting treasurehuntbuilder.com.

Payment

You are eligible for a commission when someone you referred signs up for an annual, monthly, or classroom subscription, or makes a purchase from the website shop, within 14 days of visiting treasurehuntbuilder.com using your affiliate links.

Commission payments are based on 20% of Monthly Subscription fees, 15% of Annual Subscription fees, 15% of Classroom Subscription fees, and 10% of Shop purchases.

  • For example, $1.50 per monthly subscription, $5.40 per annual or classroom subscription, and $0.50 for a typical, pre-made Shop Treasure Hunt.

Affiliate commissions are paid before the 15th of every month and are based on your referral’s payments from the previous month. Affiliate payments are only earned if a customer makes a payment.

Affiliate payments are paid via PayPal. You are required to have a PayPal account and a working email address associated with your Treasure Hunt Builder and PayPal accounts to receive commission payments from PayPal.
