What do I get by purchasing a subscription?

Can my money be refunded?

Absolutely, but we doubt you'll ever want that. As a matter of fact, we're positive!

Purchases of physical goods from The Treasure Hunt Builder Shop can be returned and refunded if they are postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, and are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service center at support@treasurehuntbuilder.com, to receive instructions for returning the item.

Please be aware that due to the nature of digital Treasure Hunt PDF files, digital downloads cannot be returned. If you found an error with a digitally downloaded product, or were not completely satisfied with your digital purchase, please let us know so we can fix our error and ensure you and your students have a positive experience with our treasure hunts.

How long does a subscription last?

All of our plans -- Free Membership, Monthly Subscriber, Annual Subscriber, and Classroom Memberships -- give you lifetime access to any treasure hunts you customize or purchase in the shop, even if you cancel your subscription membership.

Monthly Subscribers have access to their additional features for the duration of each month they renew.
Annual Subscribers have access to their additional features for the duration of each year they renew.

Do I have to renew each year?

May I cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course! If you would like to cancel your auto-renewal for the next period (month or year, depending on your plan), just click on My Account -> Account Details -> Subscription. Your subscription access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle (month or year, depending on the plan), and will not auto-renew.

By cancelling your subscription, your account will not be deleted and you will maintain access to all of the treasure hunts you have customized or purchased from the shop through the 'My Account' page.

How can I use my downloads after purchase (license)?

Digital downloads may only be used on personal computers or printed for personal use, and may only be used by individuals within the same household, which is defined as any person or group of people who have the same housing accommodations as their main residence. Files downloaded may not be shared with anyone outside the purchaser's household.

Files downloaded may not be used for any commercial purpose (in any way in which you charge money or collect fees), and may not be used in products for resale, license, or other distribution. Files may not be used in advertising.
