Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund or replacement. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
To request a refund or replacement, please locate the email you received after placing your order from firstname.lastname@example.org. Click on the button "Click here to let us know," then select "Report a problem." A photo of the manufacturing defect will be needed to issue a refund or replacement.
All requests for a refund or replacement must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for physical products (swag) with a manufacturing defect.
The following items cannot be refunded or replaced:
- Digital Downloads
- Physical Goods (swag) without a manufacturing defect. [i.e. Physical products that were ordered in the wrong size, color, etc are not eligible for returns or replacements.]
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Subscription Membership Cancellation - If the user cancels their subscription, they will maintain full membership accesses through the end of the billing cycle (end of the month for a monthly subscription, and end of the year for an annual membership). When their plan expires at the end of the billing cycle, they will maintain access to their account but their subscription to The Builder and shop discounts will expire.
- Shop physical products (swag) may only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
